The Lost

"Luke 15:10 reads "rejoice in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents."

Have you ever misplaced your keys right before needing to go somewhere urgently? Or your sunglasses that were on top your head? Or a item you wanted to take on your vacation?

Jesus spent three years searching For His entire ministry team. He was not searching for material things, Jesus looked for lost people and sinners. He found people like Mary Magdalene The woman tormented by seven demons. He found Peter and John and many woman followers. un popular people such as Matthew the tax collector and many walks of life that were once lost.

Jesus still searches for the lost. Where will he find you, or Where did he find you? In a nightclub? Being a rebel? Under a pile of books for school? Perhaps in a pew at church, convinced you had everything together, that you could set things right with God on your own terms.
Wherever you were, the Savior came looking for you because you are valuable to him. You are worth every moment of the search. When you answer his call, he and his angels in heaven rejoice. You are now one of his beloved children.

As scripture reads in 1-Peter 2:9 his "chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, we are the people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light"

There is so very much to rejoice in!
Take time to give thanks and praises to The Lord!

May you have a blessed Sunday afternoon!"
