Fitness Friday

And so we start out with the typical self portrait.
Yes, those are two band-aids on my knees.
No, they are not due to the gym -_- they are due to 
those dumb bic razors for legs. I think one of them was a legit cut.... not sure

Then we check out the thighs. Greasy Fries or Skinny Thighs?
I will admit to eating some McDonald's fries on Wednesday night...

We move onto the scale.... Affirming that I've gained two pounds since I came back from my trip to Miami.
(they are pounds of muscle, not least that's what I'm telling myself:)
The scale is also letting me know that I am OFFICIALLY a size 9 in juniors:) 
I still use some 11, but that depends on the brand.

And of course how could you miss that picture after your workout?
Today will be my 4th day in a row working out:) I started out with 3 times a week, so this is awesome.

Lastly, the encouragement pictures. 

This one is of my dad. I really like it:)

You know, I'm really proud of myself. The things I'm doing and the things that I'm accomplishing.
I'm not trying to brag or be vain. I'm just realizing that there is so much more to me than I ever thought possible. And this isn't just for now. It's for the rest of my life:)

Gosh! I need to get to the gym..Like badly.. or run around the block and few times.. What motivates you? Like.. what's the driving thought in your head when you want to give up?

makes me miss having a gym membership! keep it up girl!! and sizes are so different depending on the store - it's hard to go back that for me!
