Workout Pet Peeves / Fitness Update



(new workout outfit that my dad bought be because I had good grades!! :D [a little late dad;)])

Last week I wrote about how I lost two pounds.
This week.....
I just kept them off. I definitely toned.
But I just didn't lose anything. zilch. nada. at all. 
And let me tell you: It's disappointing.
I work my everything off!
I think it might be my nutrition though. I'm going to seriously have to turn it around. Drastically.

I've noticed that when I work out, there are some definite gym pet peeves that I have.

  • People who complain
  • people who say I can't
  • people who make REALLY LOUD un-necessary noises just to attract attention to themselves....
    (I mean really. STOP GIGGLING the whoooole time please)
  • The fans on the equipment or above my head. I do not like the sweat being cooled off!
