Workout Fridays:)

Ok ok so I realize that I today is... Saturday! But if you read my post yesterday then you'd know why I am posting today:) I now have these really cool trainers - Tony and Christian (picture coming soon).
I have worked more with Christian and let me tell you - It's not easy! He pushes my sister, my friend, and I beyond our limits. I try and push a little harder and try to never say that I can't. It's not easy. I try to go as hard as I can. I really do. Just so you know, I've only puked once.
haha. and every time I say that :I can't" 15 pushups for the whole group. Same thing for my sister and friend.

I used to weigh 175 ( I went up to 180 at one point ) and now I weigh 147. I have plateaued at the weight for like 6 months now. I got really tired of it. I still need to lose weight to be healthier!

So here's to losing weight! No more large brownies and fattening calories. bye bye!
